Job description
Tasks
- Drive customer-focused digital solutions across mobile, web, marketing campaigns, and API-driven platforms.
Requirements
- Strong Technical Product Owner / Product Owner experience.
- Proven experience in Telecom / Telecommunications domain – REQUIRED.
- Experience with digital/mobile/web customer experiences.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and API-driven delivery.
- Experience with Agile / SAFe, backlog management, story refinement, and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to understand technical design and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Experience with product/technical documentation and issue triaging.
- Splunk experience strongly preferred.
- Candidates with previous Telecom experience + Digital Product Ownership + API/technical experience will be strongly preferred.
