Technical Product Owner

About the role

The Senior Technical Product Owner (TPO) is the voice of the product for Vaiticka’s data platform, driving enterprise data, analytics, and reporting capabilities through agile delivery teams. The role connects business and product objectives with technical execution within the Enterprise Applications space. It enables technical product development that meets internal customer needs through well-defined features and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Create, balance, and prioritize feature requests across multiple business groups, aligning them with the enterprise data platform roadmap.
• Prioritize and sequence work, manage sprints and new feature or product development, and map delivery to integrated roadmap milestones.
• Collaborate across teams and serve as a key resource between business stakeholders, Business Intelligence, and engineering teams.
• Work with engineers to translate business requirements into technical execution plans for platform-level features.
• Manage backlogs and prioritize features and user stories. Use user engagement feedback to adapt requirements, features, prioritization, and product performance.
• Create and execute the product roadmap with product, technology, and business partners, considering the enterprise shared services vision, each business vision, market trends, and vendor roadmaps.
• Engage with Technical Product Managers and business stakeholders to understand customer needs and requirements and incorporate feedback into the backlog.
• Modify product features and requirements in response to new information about markets and customers from Product Managers.
