Job description
Tasks
- Lead digital experience projects across Mobile, Web, APIs, and Marketing Campaigns.
- Translate business & technical needs into Agile delivery objects (Epics, Features, Capabilities, and Stories).
- Leverage ATDD & BDD practices to define crisp acceptance criteria and ensure Definition of Ready/Done.
- Partner with engineering teams on lower-level design discussions, REST API requirements, and integrations.
- Drive issue triaging and root cause analysis using log-monitoring tools like Splunk.
- Active participation in SAFe Agile ceremonies and stakeholder collaboration.
Requirements
- Hands-on Application Support (Web or Mobile) experience.
- Strong experience with REST API design & API-driven delivery.
- SAFe Product Manager / Product Owner (POPM) certification or strong Agile SAFe experience.
- Experience with Splunk log review, lower-level technical documentation, and triaging.
- Prior experience in the Telecom domain is a strong plus!
