• Strong Telecom & Order Orchestration experience
• Order Management & Telecom Order Lifecycle
• API & Systems Integration
• Microservices & Event-Driven Architecture
• AWS Lambda & Step Functions
• Agile / Scrum
• Production Observability & Metrics
• Acceptance Criteria & Quality Standards
• RCA & Production Issue Management
• Kiro / Claude / ChatGPT or similar GenAI tools
• Prompt Engineering
• LLM & RAG concepts
• AI API / SDK integration
• AI output validation & guardrails
• GenAI-assisted requirements and product documentation
• Nice to Have: Java / Spring Boot, Kafka, Apigee, Telecom BSS/OSS, Billing / Pricing / Provisioning systems, Experience working closely with engineering teams on API & Microservices architecture
