Technical Program Manager – Cash Management & Core Banking Integrations
We are actively recruiting for a Technical Program Manager to steer large scale enterprise banking integrations. If your career evolved from the business, treasury, or commercial deposit side of tier-1 banking institutions and you now lead technical integration programs, this is built for you.
Key Role Details:
Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)
Engagement: Full-Time / Long Term Contract
Experience Level: 8–12 years (Maximum cap: 15 years)
Who You Are:
Domain Fluency: Direct background in Cash Management, Corporate/Commercial Deposits, Liquidity, or Treasury Services (experience within Canadian Big-5 or large US banks preferred).
Delivery Driven: You are a true delivery leader with core banking fluency not an administrative Jira tracker or a hands on software developer.
Integration Program Management: Proven experience managing end-to-end API integration workstreams, core banking platform migrations, or insured deposit network integrations (hands on coding is not required).
Bonus Points: Exposure to digital assets, tokenized deposits, or stablecoin solutions.
