Job description
Tasks
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects across distributed engineering teams
- Manage technical requirements, dependencies, timelines & deliverables
- Identify project risks, technical blockers & drive them to resolution
- Coordinate across Engineering, Product, Business & Customer stakeholders
- Manage Agile/Kanban processes and improve delivery efficiency
- Track project health, milestones, risks & metrics using Jira & Confluence
- Support projects involving Cloud, Big Data, Data Engineering & AI/ML
Requirements
- 12+ Years of Technical Project/Program Management experience
- Strong technical background - ability to work directly with Senior Engineers & Architects
- Hands-on exp with Big Data / Data Engineering - Databricks, Spark, SQL
- Good understanding of AWS / Azure / GCP
- Exposure to AI/ML & Modern Data Platforms
- Strong experience with Agile/Kanban, Jira, Confluence
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication & problem-solving
- Financial Services experience - Preferred
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field
