About the role
Strong background in Aerospace, Avionics, Embedded Systems, and Safety-Critical Product Development.
Tasks
- Leading multidisciplinary engineering teams across Systems, Embedded Software, Hardware, FPGA, Verification & Validation, Integration, Testing, and Certification.
- Deliver complex engineering programs on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with aerospace quality and certification standards.
Requirements
- 12+ years needed (Mandatory)
- USC Only
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Aerospace, Computer, or Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 12+ years of experience in Aerospace, Avionics, Embedded Systems, or Safety-Critical Product Development.
- 5+ years of experience managing technical engineering programs.
- Proven leadership across Systems, Software, Hardware, FPGA, Integration, and Test Engineering.
- Strong understanding of aerospace development and certification processes.
