About the role

Toronto School of Theology seeks a skilled and service-oriented Technical Services Coordinator for Caven Library at Knox College in Toronto, Canada. Knox College is a Presbyterian theological college affiliated with the University of Toronto. This is an existing full-time permanent vacancy. The Coordinator reports to the Director of Library Services.

Caven Library participates in the University of Toronto Libraries system. The Coordinator works with its shared library management system and professional standards, collaborates with colleagues and vendors, and represents Caven Library on relevant cataloguing and metadata initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the acquisition, cataloguing, processing, and maintenance of print and electronic resources.
• Manage serials and related financial workflows.
• Support public services and supervise student library assistants.
• Steward a small collection of Knox College archives.
