Technical Trainer

About the role

VHR Global Technical Recruitment is seeking a Technical Trainer to deliver training to aviation maintenance technicians within an FAA-regulated MRO environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, workshop, and hands-on training to aviation maintenance technicians.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and adapt instructional methods.
• Coach and mentor trainees.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience developing and delivering technical training.
• Experience within an FAA-regulated aviation maintenance environment.
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, particularly Part 145 requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications and working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
