Technical Training Manager

We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused, and execution-oriented Global Training Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of instructor-led training programs delivered through a global ecosystem of Authorized Training Partners (ATPs), vendors, contractors, and internal instructors.
This individual will serve as the operational owner for training delivery, ensuring every training event is successfully staffed, scheduled, delivered, and measured while maintaining exceptional learner and customer experiences. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, external training partners, instructors, and operations teams across AMER, EMEA, and APJ.
The ideal candidate is experienced in managing global training operations, vendor relationships, resource planning, and large-scale enablement programs in a fast-paced technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
Global Training DeliveryOwn the end-to-end operational delivery of instructor-led, virtual, onsite, hybrid, and private training programs globally.*Ensure training events are delivered on time, at the highest quality, and in accordance with company standards.Coordinate training delivery across AMER, EMEA, and APJ.Maintain delivery readiness by ensuring instructors, content, labs, logistics, and learner communications are in place before each class.Vendor & Authorized Training Partner (ATP) ManagementServe as the primary operational liaison for all Authorized Training Partners (ATPs), vendors, and contracted training organizations.Coordinate instructor assignments across multiple delivery partners.Monitor vendor performance against defined KPIs and SLAs.Conduct regular operational reviews with vendors.Ensure adherence to training quality standards, certification requirements, and operational processes.Drive continuous improvement initiatives with training partners.Instructor Resource ManagementForecast instructor demand based on global training schedules.Optimize instructor utilization across internal trainers and external partners.Match instructors based on:Technical certificationsProduct expertiseLanguage proficiencyRegional requirementsAvailabilityMaintain instructor readiness and certification compliance.Customer & Learner ExperienceEnsure seamless learner experiences from registration through course completion.Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to support enterprise training engagements.Resolve operational issues proactively.Manage escalations related to training delivery.Monitor learner feedback and drive improvements.
