Job description
Tasks
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements for system enhancements and changes.
- Develop, maintain, and update functional and technical documentation throughout the SDLC.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and delivery teams to ensure documentation aligns with project objectives.
- Translate complex technical concepts and business requirements into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand documentation.
- Communicate proposed system changes and requirements effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical writing within IT or software development environments.
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Working knowledge of SDLC processes and requirements management practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables.
