Key Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and write high-quality technical documentation.
• Review and edit existing materials to improve clarity, accuracy, and usability.
• Work with engineers and product managers to gather information and verify technical details.
• Organize and maintain documentation libraries so users can find information easily.
• Create user manuals, installation guides, product specifications, and related materials.
• Ensure documentation follows company and industry standards.
• Develop or assist with visual aids and diagrams that support technical content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technology-related field, with a CGPA above 8.0.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Proficiency with technical writing tools and software.
• Familiarity with industry-standard documentation practices.

Team and Reporting

You will report to the Documentation Manager and collaborate with technical writers, engineering, product management, and other departments. Your documentation will contribute to product usability and user satisfaction.
