Support a large-scale technology environment in Sacramento, CA.

Tasks

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements for system changes and enhancements
• Develop and maintain clear, accurate functional and technical documentation throughout the SDLC
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, business teams, and delivery teams
• Translate complex technical concepts and business requirements into easy-to-understand documentation
• Communicate proposed system changes and requirements to internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain documentation quality, consistency, and accuracy
• Manage multiple documentation deliverables and project priorities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer in IT/software development environments
• Strong experience with requirements gathering, elicitation, analysis, and documentation
• Experience documenting functional and technical requirements
• Working knowledge of SDLC and requirements management practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
