Technology Lead/Full Stack AI Developer

Tasks

• Design and develop enterprise-grade Generative AI and LLM-powered applications.
• Build scalable Python backend services and responsive frontend applications.
• Implement RAG architectures, AI agents and intelligent conversational systems.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience.
• Bachelor's / Master's degree.
• Generative AI & LLMs: OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, Llama, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Embeddings, Vector Databases, AI Agents and Agentic Workflows.
• AI Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel.
• Backend Development: Strong Python programming, FastAPI, Flask, Django, REST APIs, Microservices and Asynchronous Programming.
• Frontend Development: React.js or Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and Redux.
• Database Technologies: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS and Azure AI Search.
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure or GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps and CI/CD Pipelines.
• Airline domain experience is highly preferred.
• Finance domain experience is an added advantage.
• Enterprise GenAI application development.
• Conversational AI, Copilots, Chatbots and AI Assistants.
• Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Face-to-face interview required.
