M&M AUTOS is seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic Technician to join our team in Lima, Peru. Key Responsibilities Diagnose mechanical faults in vehicles of various makes and models. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automotive systems. Carry out necessary repairs ensuring adherence to quality standards. Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify problem causes. Assist with inventory management of parts and supplies for daily operations. Collaborate with fellow technicians and customer service staff to ensure complete client satisfaction. Document and report all completed work and provide recommendations to customers. Required and Preferred Qualifications Technical degree in Automotive Mechanics. Knowledge in diagnostics, maintenance, repair, and automotive electronics. 2-3 years of prior experience in an automotive workshop or similar environment. Relevant certifications in automotive mechanics are preferred. Proficiency with electronic diagnostic tools and related software. Availability to work full-time. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Workshop Manager and service advisors, fostering efficient workflow and a positive work atmosphere that enhances customer experience and team productivity.
