Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to potential clients following defined scripts to introduce our services and products. Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and provide relevant information. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database. Follow up on leads and scheduling appointments for the sales team. Address inquiries and resolve issues related to our services in a timely manner. Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback from calls that may inform future campaigns. Meet daily and monthly call targets, contributing to overall team success. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using telecommunication tools and CRM software. Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred but not mandatory. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. A motivated individual with a positive attitude and a desire to learn. Ability to work full-time in Chennai, with flexible hours as needed.
