Aishwarya dn is hiring a full-time Tele Caller / Tele Sales Executive in Bangalore, New South Wales, Australia. In this on-site sales role, you will contact prospective customers, explain products and services, understand customer needs, and contribute to revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce products and services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Answer inquiries and provide accurate information about promotions and offers.
• Record calls, customer interactions, and feedback.
• Work toward sales targets through effective communication and follow-up.
• Share lead-generation insights with the sales team.
• Build rapport and deliver helpful customer service.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Tele sales or customer service experience; 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Negotiation skills and a persuasive, customer-focused approach.
• Ability to collaborate with a team.
• CRM familiarity is an advantage but is not required.

Compensation and Work Arrangement

Salary: 25000 per month. This is a full-time, on-site position. You will report to the Sales Manager and work within a collaborative sales team.
