TELE COLLECTOR/ ACCOUNT CONSULTANT
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• With or Without experience in Loan or Customer Service fields
• Excellent customer service, active listening, professional phone voice, and verbal and communication skills
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Office and database software skills
• Multi-tasking and time management skills.
