About the role
Worklance is hiring a Telecaller. Freshers and experienced candidates may apply. The qualification is 12th pass or graduate.
Responsibilities
- Call and screen candidates.
- Explain job opportunities and follow up on leads.
- Make daily calls and engage with candidates.
- Achieve performance targets.
Requirements
- Good communication skills and a confident personality.
- A target-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
- Bengali, Hindi, or English preferred.
- A strong network in Manufacturing, Logistics, Automotive, FMCG, Pharma, Engineering, or Warehousing.
- A proven track record of closing Staffing, Recruitment, Payroll, or RPO deals.
- Direct access to decision makers, including owners, CEOs, plant heads, and HR heads.
- Expertise in cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and field visits.
