Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products and services.
• Provide accurate, detailed responses to customer inquiries and address their needs effectively.
• Maintain comprehensive records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback using the CRM system.
• Meet weekly and monthly targets for call volume and lead generation.
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments and follow up on leads.
• Enhance communication skills and product knowledge through continuous training.
• Participate in developing new calling campaigns and scripts to improve outreach efforts.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication skills in English and any regional language.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple calls efficiently.
• Positive attitude with a strong team spirit.
• Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
