Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about the company’s services.
Follow up on leads and record customer interactions in the CRM system.
Learn the company’s offerings and match information to customer needs.
Meet daily and monthly call targets set by management.
Coordinate with the sales team to hand off leads and resolve customer concerns.
Share customer feedback to help improve sales strategies.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong verbal communication skills and a professional speaking voice.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Telecalling or customer service experience preferred; not required.
