Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services offered.
• Follow up on leads and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
• Develop a thorough understanding of company offerings to effectively address customer needs.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly call targets set by management.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead transitions and resolve customer concerns.
• Provide valuable feedback on customer responses to improve sales strategies.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional speaking voice.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain a motivated attitude.

This position reports directly to the Telecalling Supervisor and is part of a collaborative team environment emphasizing open communication and support.
