Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to provide information and support regarding our offerings. Engage in effective communication to understand customer's needs and assist them accordingly. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update information in the database. Follow up with leads and inquiries, ensuring timely responses to customer requests. Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential business opportunities and strategies. Participate in training sessions to keep up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques. Monitor and report customer feedback to enhance service quality and customer experience. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Prior experience in a telecalling or customer service role is an advantage but not mandatory. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using standard office software and CRM tools. A willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
