Telecaller

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our growing team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. As a full-time Telecaller, you will play an essential role in enhancing customer relations and contributing to the overall success of our organization. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote products and services. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Follow up with leads and engage them in meaningful conversations to drive sales. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies. Track performance metrics and achieve daily call quotas. Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in any field. Strong verbal communication skills with a proficiency in English. Previous experience in telecalling or sales is preferred but not mandatory. Proficient in using CRM tools and other telephony software. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment. At least 1-2 years of relevant experience is a plus.
