Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services. Communicate product features and benefits clearly, addressing client questions and concerns. Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system. Follow up on marketing leads and coordinate with sales for closures. Maintain high customer satisfaction with professional and friendly service. Collaborate with team members to improve call strategies and performance. Meet or exceed daily call targets and sales goals. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in any field. Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor. 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or customer service. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in telecommunications is preferred. As part of our close-knit telecalling team, you will report to the Telecalling Manager and collaborate regularly with sales and marketing departments to optimize customer engagement and service offerings.
