Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote our products and services.
• Effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
• Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and coordinate with the sales team for closures.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing friendly, professional service.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for improving call performance.
• Meet or exceed daily call targets and sales goals to contribute to overall team success.

Required and preferred qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or customer service.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Preferred experience in telecommunications or related industries.

In this role, you will be part of a close-knit telecalling team, reporting directly to the Telecalling Manager. Regular collaboration with the sales team and marketing department will be essential for optimizing customer interactions and enhancing our service offerings.
