B2B ABROAD EXPERT is hiring a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Mohali, Punjab, India. This full-time position involves engaging potential customers through outbound calls, providing detailed information about our products and services, and contributing to lead generation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers, clearly presenting offers to generate interest.
• Provide accurate product and service information and resolve customer queries.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and call outcomes.
• Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align on targets and share customer insights.
• Meet daily and monthly call quotas while ensuring high-quality engagement.
• Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to better assist customers.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain a professional attitude.
• 1-2 years of relevant telecalling or sales experience is desirable.

As a Telecaller at B2B ABROAD EXPERT, you will work closely with the Sales Manager and marketing teams, benefiting from mentorship and opportunities for professional growth. This role is based in Mohali and is not eligible for remote work.

Salary: ₹15,000 per month.
