B2B ABROAD EXPERT is hiring a full-time Telecaller in Mohali, Punjab, India. In this in-person role, you will contact prospective customers, explain products and services, generate leads, and help deliver a positive customer experience. The monthly pay is 15000.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and present offers clearly.
• Answer questions and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Record customer interactions, call outcomes, and follow-up details in the company database.
• Follow up with leads to support timely conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the sales team on goals and share customer insights.
• Meet daily and monthly call targets while maintaining high-quality conversations.
• Stay up to date on product information and relevant industry trends.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred; 1–2 years of telecalling or sales experience is desirable.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
• Resilience, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.

Team and Work Environment

Report to the Sales Manager and work with sales and marketing colleagues on customer outreach and campaigns. The team offers collaboration, mentorship, and resources to support your development. This is a full-time, on-site position in Mohali; remote work is not offered.
