We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Telecaller to join our dynamic team in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. As a full-time Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer engagement and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers and engage them with our products and services. Provide accurate information and address client inquiries in a professional manner. Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the database. Follow up on leads and assist in closing sales through effective communication. Coordinate with the sales team to relay customer feedback and enhance service offerings. Achieve and exceed daily call targets and contribute to monthly sales goals. Participate in team meetings to discuss performance, share ideas, and strategize for improvement. Required and preferred qualifications Any relevant certification in communication or customer service. Proven communication skills with a friendly and persuasive demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Prior experience in telecalling or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
