Job description
Jai consultancy services Pvt Ltd is hiring a full-time Female Telecaller in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. This on-site role is suited to a friendly, motivated communicator who can engage prospective customers, answer questions, follow up on leads, and support sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company’s products and services.
- Provide accurate information and respond professionally to customer inquiries.
- Record calls and customer interactions accurately in the database.
- Follow up with leads and support sales closures through effective communication.
- Share customer feedback with the sales team and coordinate with marketing and sales colleagues.
- Meet daily call targets and contribute to monthly sales goals.
- Participate in team meetings to review performance and discuss improvement strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, persuasive approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Previous telecalling or related experience is preferred but not required.
- A relevant communication or customer service certification is an advantage.
Team and Reporting
Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams and report to the Team Leader, who will provide guidance and support.
