Key Responsibilities Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce Candous International’s products and services, aiming to increase brand awareness and sales. Engage in active listening to accurately understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions, improving customer satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions using CRM software to ensure seamless follow-up and data integrity. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels to maximize conversion rates and meet sales targets. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads, enhancing overall sales efficiency. Achieve daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales conversions, contributing to the company’s revenue goals. Provide constructive feedback on marketing strategies based on customer interactions to help refine outreach efforts. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, demonstrating a commitment to education and learning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to efficiently manage customer data and communications. Strong problem-solving skills and resilience to handle challenging customer interactions professionally. Minimum of 1 year of relevant telecalling or customer service experience preferred to ensure readiness for the role.
