Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote products and services. Engage with customers, addressing their queries and providing accurate information. Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system. Follow up on leads and assist customers through the sales process. Collaborate with team members to strategize and improve telecalling approaches. Meet or exceed daily and monthly call targets while maintaining high customer service standards. Assist in gathering customer feedback to inform product improvement and marketing strategies. Required and preferred qualifications Bachelor's Degree in any field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in customer service and sales techniques. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment. 1-3 years of experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.
