Job description
Awadhpuri Infraheights Private limited is hiring a full-time Real Estate Telecaller in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Based at the Bijnor Road office near Royal City, you will connect prospective clients with properties that match their needs and support them throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to introduce prospective clients to the company’s real estate services and available properties.
- Record calls, contact details, and follow-up actions accurately in the company database.
- Answer client questions and share clear, relevant property information.
- Schedule property-viewing appointments and guide prospects through the sales funnel.
- Coordinate with the sales team to identify leads and share insights from client conversations.
- Take part in team meetings focused on lead generation and customer outreach.
- Track and report call volume, appointment rates, and conversions.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A sales-oriented, persuasive approach and a focus on client service.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Previous telecalling or sales experience is an advantage; 1–2 years in customer service or sales is preferred.

Work Environment
