We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to connect potential clients with their ideal properties. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients, presenting our real estate services and available properties. Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, contacts, and follow-up activities using CRM software. Respond promptly and clearly to client inquiries, providing tailored property information. Schedule property viewing appointments and support clients throughout the sales process. Collaborate with the sales team to identify promising leads and share insights gained during calls. Participate in team meetings to strategize lead generation and enhance customer outreach efforts. Monitor and report key performance metrics such as call volume, appointment rates, and conversion rates. Required and Preferred Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Sales-driven mindset with strong persuasion abilities. No formal education required; prior telecalling or sales experience is advantageous. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools. Preferred 1-2 years experience in customer service or sales roles. As part of our passionate real estate team, you will work closely with sales and administrative staff, reporting directly to the Sales Manager. This role is based in Lucknow and is not eligible for remote work.
