Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical troubleshooting support for telehealth software issues.

• Document all user interactions and maintain detailed records of technical issues and solutions.
• Stay informed about telehealth software updates and advancements to deliver accurate support.
• Contribute to the creation of FAQs and resource materials to assist users.
• Collaborate with IT and customer service teams to enhance telehealth user experience.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills.

Compensation: This role offers an annual salary of USD $50,000.
