Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce products and services.
• Communicate product offerings clearly and resolve customer inquiries to ensure high satisfaction.
• Use strong negotiation skills to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update CRM records.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service delivery.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in customer service and problem-solving.
• Experience in telecalling or similar roles preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
