Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce products and services.
• Explain product offerings, answer questions, and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Use negotiation skills to close sales and work toward monthly targets.
• Record customer interactions and maintain accurate information in the CRM system.
• Share customer insights with teammates and collaborate to improve service delivery.
• Attend training to strengthen telecalling skills and maintain product knowledge.
• Review customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve service.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities and comfort working in a target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications.
• Telecalling or related experience preferred; 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience is an advantage.

Team and Reporting

Report to the Sales Manager and work closely with the sales team, with opportunities to collaborate across marketing and product development. The team encourages shared learning and coordination to support customer satisfaction and business goals.
