Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Research and resolve outstanding AR balances
• Work from AR aging reports
• Reconcile customer accounts
• Research invoices, payments, credits & deductions
• Resolve unapplied cash & payment discrepancies
• Perform cash application
• Contact customers regarding past-due balances
• Research and clear open items in SAP
• Assist with collections and dispute resolution
• Prepare documentation for write-offs/legal collections
WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• 3+ years Accounts Receivable experience
• Strong collections & reconciliation experience
• Hands-on SAP AR experience - REQUIRED
• Advanced Excel skills
• Cash application experience
• AR aging & account cleanup experience
• Strong research & problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
