🚨 Hiring: Temporary Project Manager – CLM Implementation
📍 San Jose, CA | On-Site ( ONLY LOCALS OF CALIFORNIA)

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementation across Procurement, Legal, Finance, and business functions. The PM will work closely with the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Programs and support day-to-day program execution.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Maintain the master project plan, milestone tracker, and RAID log
🔹 Track actions, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across workstreams
🔹 Facilitate daily standups, weekly core team meetings, working sessions, and steering committees
🔹 Prepare agendas, meeting notes, decisions, and action items
🔹 Monitor external Systems Integrator (SI) deliverables against SOW, acceptance criteria, and milestones
🔹 Track budget burn, change requests, scope creep, and program risks
🔹 Coordinate across IT, Security, Legal, Procurement, and business teams
🔹 Develop executive status reports, steering committee decks, and program collateral
🔹 Coordinate SIT, UAT, data migration validation, defect tracking, and cutover readiness
🔹 Track training, adoption, change champion engagement, and post-go-live readiness
Required Qualifications:
🔹 5+ years of Project Management experience
🔹 Experience supporting at least one enterprise software implementation
🔹 Experience managing or supporting an external Systems Integrator (SI)
🔹 Strong RAID, milestone tracking, and governance experience
🔹 Executive communication and presentation development experience
🔹 Ability to facilitate cross-functional meetings and drive accountability without direct authority
🔹 Experience with Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or equivalent
🔹 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
