Job description
Tasks
- Drive adoption of an innovative orthopedic Sports Tissue / Biologics portfolio across multiple U.S. markets.
- Take ownership of a territory, develop strong orthopedic surgeon relationships, and build a market.
Requirements
- 3+ years of procedural / OR medical device sales experience required.
- Ortho, Sports Medicine, Biologics, or Regenerative Medicine experience is a plus, but not required.
- Experience selling to orthopedic surgeons and developing strong surgeon relationships.
- Proven territory development skills with the ability to build and grow a market.
- College Degree required.
- Must currently reside in the territory. No relocation.
Pay
- Base: $100k
- Total Comp @ Plan: $175k to $200k
- Uncapped Commission Plan
