Job description
Tasks
- Sell medical disposables across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine.
- Achieve or exceed sales objectives.
- Develop a territory business plan.
- Target accounts, assess customer needs, and close business.
- Build clinical relationships and develop accounts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience
- At least 3 years of successful healthcare sales experience
- Experience calling on hospitals, OR, and urology required
- Ability to develop and execute a territory business plan
- Strong account targeting, needs analysis, and closing skills
- Ability to build relationships with key urology decision-makers and other healthcare providers
- Must be based in Boston; relocation is not available
- Ability to travel ~30% across MA, NH, VT, and ME
Pay
- Base Salary: $120k-$130k
- Total Compensation at Plan: $200k-$220k
