Tasks

• Design and govern enterprise-scale test automation architecture and strategy
• Build scalable, reusable automation frameworks using Java, Python, and Playwright
• Leverage AI and Prompt Engineering for test design, test data generation, and defect analysis
• Automate dynamic React JS applications and implement parallel test execution
• Integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines
• Define automation standards, governance, quality metrics, and ROI
• Mentor automation engineers, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with senior stakeholders

Requirements

• 10–12+ Years
• Local / Nearby Candidates Only
• Playwright – Hands-on framework development & maintenance
• Java – Core Java, Advanced Java, OOP & framework design
• Python – Automation scripting & framework development
• AI-Driven Testing & Prompt Engineering
• Test Automation Architecture & Custom/Hybrid Frameworks
• React JS Application Automation
• Selenium
• CI/CD Integration – Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or equivalent
• Test Strategy, Test Planning & Automation Estimation
• Strong Technical Leadership & Stakeholder Communication
• REST/API Automation
• Performance & Non-Functional Testing
• Agile / DevOps Experience
• Enterprise-Scale Automation Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
