JUNIOR & SENIOR LEVEL.
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email, provide accurate product information, collect and escalate customer feedback, and deliver professional, empathetic customer service to enhance the overall customer experience.
Nationality : Thai
English & Thai (spoken, written, and reading).
Minimum 1 year of experience in any customer service role.
