About the role
Aurora Mental Health & Recovery is seeking an unlicensed or licensed therapist for its Connect to Care (C2C) access clinic. The multidisciplinary team engages clients as they begin their journey with AMHR and addresses gaps in care through innovative, trauma-informed approaches. The role serves clients of all ages and focuses on assessments and connecting clients to appropriate AMHR services.
Responsibilities
- Provide intake and assessment services.
- Determine diagnosis and connect clients to appropriate AMHR services.
- Build rapport quickly and navigate the complexities of community mental health in a fast-paced environment.
