Limpieza extrema R&L SAS is hiring a full-time maintenance worker and gardener in Bogotá, Colombia. The role involves property maintenance, minor repairs, logistical support, and gardening at residential communities or assigned facilities. We are looking for a proactive, reliable team player with a strong eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete minor electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry repairs.
- Carry out routine preventive maintenance of buildings and facilities.
- Maintain green spaces through watering, pruning, fertilizing, pest control, planting, and general care.
- Help clean common areas and prepare spaces as needed.
- Use assigned tools and equipment correctly and safely.
Required Qualifications
- Completed secondary education.
- 2 years of certified experience in property maintenance and gardening.
- Basic knowledge of plants and their care.
- Safe handling of tools and equipment.
- Service-oriented attitude and respectful communication with residents and administrative staff.
