Maintenance Worker and Gardener – Bogotá, Colombia

Limpieza extrema R&L SAS is hiring a full-time maintenance worker and gardener in Bogotá, Colombia. This role supports property maintenance, minor repairs, gardening, and upkeep of shared spaces at residential properties or assigned facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete minor electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry repairs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on buildings and facilities.
• Maintain green spaces through watering, pruning, fertilizing, pest control, planting, and general garden care.
• Help clean common areas and prepare spaces as needed.
• Use assigned tools and equipment safely and correctly.

Required Qualifications

• Completed secondary education.
• Two years of certified experience in facility maintenance and gardening.
• Basic knowledge of plants and their care.
• Safe handling of tools and equipment.
• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work well with a team.
• Service-minded and respectful toward residents and administrative staff.

Compensation and Schedule

Salary: $1.423.500 per month, plus transportation allowance, a non-salary bonus, and statutory benefits.

Schedule: Full-time, on-site. Applicants should be between 25 and 45 years old.
