Key Responsibilities

• Design aerospace tooling and fixtures per project specifications and industry standards.
• Apply Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerances (GD&T) to ensure design accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Create and update designs using CAD software.
• Support assembly process planning with effective tooling solutions.
• Review, test, and validate tooling designs for functionality and compliance.
• Participate in project meetings to report progress and incorporate feedback.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or Production Engineering.
• Proficient in aerospace tooling design with strong manufacturing knowledge.
• Experience with assembly processes and CAD software.
• Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerances (GD&T) is essential.
