Absal is hiring a full-time Tower Crane Electrician in Kanniyakumari, Tamil Nadu, India. In this on-site role, you will maintain and troubleshoot tower crane electrical systems to support safe, reliable construction-site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Wire tower crane electrical systems and components.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults to keep cranes operational.
• Inspect electrical components routinely and help prevent equipment downtime.
• Operate cranes when required, following applicable operating and safety procedures.
• Ensure work complies with relevant electrical standards and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with construction teams to prepare cranes for site operations.
• Record inspections, servicing, and repairs accurately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in electrical wiring for crane systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical troubleshooting and safety compliance.
• Crane operating experience is preferred.
• Relevant work experience is an advantage.

Work Environment and Reporting

You will work directly with tower cranes and collaborate with construction teams and electricians. The role reports to the site supervisor and requires attention to safe electrical and operating practices.
