Position Summary
We are currently recruiting for a TPA Claims Examiner to provide oversight of Third-Party Administrators handling Commercial Property claims.
This individual will work closely with TPAs to ensure claims are handled appropriately, efficiently and within established guidelines while serving as an important liaison between the carrier and its external claims partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain relationships with Third-Party AdministratorsProvide oversight of Commercial Property claims handled by TPAsAssist TPAs with diary management and timely claim resolutionConduct annual audits of TPA firmsPrepare and review monthly TPA reports as neededProvide guidance and oversight on losses exceeding TPA settlement authorityHelp ensure consistent claim handling standards and service expectations
QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience3+ years of Commercial Property Claims experienceStrong communication, organizational and relationship-management skills
