📍 Location: Remote (Chihuahua, Mexico only) 🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Time 🍽️ Lunch: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM PT 📋 Employment Type: Full-Time 🎓 High School Diploma or equivalent required 🗣️ English Level: Advanced (C1)
What You'll Do✅ Schedule new patient consultations, follow-up appointments, procedures, and diagnostic services✅ Coordinate directly with patients, providers, law firms, case managers, and healthcare teams✅ Manage high-volume scheduling requests while maintaining accuracy and exceptional customer service✅ Document appointments, patient communications, and scheduling activities within EMR systems such as Epic✅ Monitor outstanding scheduling needs and ensure timely patient follow-up✅ Support continuity of care by collaborating with multiple departments
Requirements✔️ 1-3 years of experience in Medical Scheduling, Patient Coordination, Healthcare Administration, or similar healthcare support roles✔️ Strong communication and customer service skills✔️ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities✔️ Experience handling a high volume of appointments and patient interactions✔️ Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards
Preferred Qualifications⭐ Experience with Epic or other EMR systems⭐ Previous experience supporting Personal Injury (PI) or Third-Party Liability (TPL) patients⭐ Experience coordinating imaging appointments, procedures, or specialty care services⭐ Familiarity with healthcare scheduling workflows and insurance-related processes
