REQUIREMENTS
• 7+ years in TPM, M&E, research, assessments, or related fields.
• 3+ years in management or technical leadership
• Strong quantitative, qualitative & mixed-method research experience
• Proven experience managing teams, clients, assignments & deliverables
• Experience with INGOs, UN agencies, donors, or consulting firms
• Excellent analytical & English report-writing skills
• Humanitarian / fragile & conflict-affected context experience preferred
