Key Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently, complying with all local traffic laws and regulations.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance to keep vehicles in optimal condition.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of vehicle usage including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery logs.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials, ensuring proper handling and storage.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with team members to meet transportation requirements.
• Report any vehicle incidents or malfunctions promptly to management.
• Follow all safety protocols during driving and cargo handling to maintain a safe work environment.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License (Code 10 or Code 14) is mandatory.
• Proven driving skills and vehicle maintenance knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping capabilities.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.
• Previous experience in logistics or transportation is preferred but not required.
• Good knowledge of Gauteng local roadways and routes.
