RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Planning, organizing, and conducting training programs for employees.
- 4-year course study.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Education, or any related 4-year course
- Knowledge in training, facilitation, or people development
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Passionate in teaching and mentoring employees
