Review and edit transcripts for clarity, grammar, and punctuation to maintain a professional standard. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information according to best practices. Utilize computer software for transcription efficiency and data management. Communicate with team members to clarify any uncertainties and ensure project timelines are met. Document and track completed work to facilitate easy retrieval and future reference. Participate in training sessions for continuous improvement in transcription techniques. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 60 WPM. Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. Proficient in computer applications and transcription software. Previous experience in transcription or a related field is preferred. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
