This role is essential for ensuring accurate, confidential transcription services that support effective communication across departments. Key Responsibilities Transcribe audio recordings accurately into written formats, maintaining high-quality output. Review and edit transcripts for clarity, grammar, and punctuation to uphold professional standards. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information in line with best practices. Use transcription software and computer applications to enhance efficiency and data management. Collaborate with team members to clarify content and meet project deadlines. Document and track completed work for easy retrieval and future reference. Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve transcription skills and techniques. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Typing speed of at least 60 WPM with strong accuracy. Excellent attention to detail and effective communication skills. Proficiency with computer applications and transcription software. Previous transcription or related experience preferred. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. This part-time position offers remote work eligibility and the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with other transcription specialists and support staff.
