Transformation Project Manager

About the role

Spacelabs Healthcare is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual for a dual-capacity role supporting the Transformation organization and providing light executive support to the company president. The role combines project management, approximately 70% of the time, with executive support, approximately 30%.

Spacelabs Healthcare works to improve treatment and help providers deliver exceptional care through patient monitoring and management, care coordination, and clinical decision support.

Responsibilities

• Manage defined transformation programs and support the Transformation organization.
• Prepare Company, Board, and Executive communication materials.
• Support the company president with scheduling, travel, and sitewide event coordination.
• Lead the Employee Engagement Committee.
• Handle account tracking, event planning, and highly confidential matters.
