Transformer - Continuous Improvement Engineer

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across transformer manufacturing and operations.
- Analyze processes, lead lean/Kaizen activities, and implement improvements to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.

Requirements:
- Experience in continuous improvement, manufacturing engineering, or operational excellence within transformer or heavy electrical equipment environments.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement tools.
