Travel Retail Coordinator

Tasks

• Conduct virtual training sessions for store staff on product knowledge, collections, and new product launches.
• Coordinate training schedules and maintain accurate training records.
• Manage visual refresh activities and ensure stores receive updated marketing materials.
• Collaborate with customers, agencies, and internal teams to meet deadlines.
• Maintain trackers, databases, store files, and reporting documentation.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory).
• Previous corporate or office experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of marketing, branding, or visual merchandising.
• SAP knowledge and Portuguese language skills are a plus.
• Local candidates only.
• Candidates with only retail store experience may not be suitable.

Schedule

• Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week
• 6 months, with a possibility of extension
